|Leftover fresh herbs||Rosemary, sage, thyme and oregano can be frozen in ice cube trays. Place some herbs in each compartment and fill with olive oil. Freeze and store them in a resealable bag in freezer. Next time you start a recipe with oil use the herb-infused frozen oil for extra flavour!|
|Leftover pasta||Let cool, place in plastic bag, squeeze air out and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Use for salads or as side dish. Reheat in a sauce or in microwave.|
